Enter Arsinex.com or open the Arsinex application and click [Register].

Enter your E-Mail address, name-surname, password and invitation code(if any) that you will use for your account.

After entering the security code that will be sent to your E-Mail, your account will be created.

When you complete your Arsinex account creation process, you can log in to your Arsinex account by entering your E-Mail address and account password; and you can easily perform crypto trading and many other transactions instantly.

Enter Arsinex.com or open the Arsinex application and click [Register].

Enter the country code and mobile phone number you will use for your account, your name-surname, password and invitation code (if any).

After entering the security code that will be sent to your device, your registration will be completed.

Click on the "Resend" link on the login page.

Refresh the page after checking your phone`s signal.

If there are any filters in your phone`s SMS or SIM card settings, remove them.

Try again using a different browser.

If the problem persists, you can contact our support team by creating a support request form or by calling 444 44 05.

Outlook:

After logging in to your Outlook E-Mail, go to “Settings” > “View all Outlook settings”.

Click “E-Mail” > “Junk E-Mail” and you will see “Trusted senders and domains” option. Click on “Safe Senders” here.

After clicking “Add”, add the [email protected] mail address to the list and click “Save”.

Gmail:

After logging into your Gmail account, select "Settings" > "See All Settings".

Go to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” option. Click on “Create new filter”.

Paste [email protected] in the “From” field . Then click on “Create filter”.

Check the box next to “Never send to Spam” and click “Create filter”.

To change your password, click the Login Password tab in the My Account section.

Enter the password you want to change.

Enter your new password and repeat password and click Save .

Enter Arsinex.com or open the Arsinex application and click [Login].

“Forgot your password?” Click on the text.

Enter your E-Mail address or phone number linked to your account.

Click on the link that is sent to your E-Mail or Phone to enter the new password setting screen.

After you set your new password, you can login to your account.

Log in to your account via Arsinex.com or Arsinex mobile applications.

After logging into your account, select the Authentication tab in My Account.

Fill in the required information completely and accurately.

Upload the pictures of the front and back of the identity document and a selfie of your identity document with your face in JPG, PNG or PDF format to the system.

After the system approves your information, your Authentication process will be completed.

If you apply with documents from a country other than the TRNC, the ID Authentication is rejected. Only TRNC citizens can perform KYC Authentication in our Exchange currently.

Your application may be rejected because the documents you have uploaded do not meet the required criteria.

Your application may be rejected as the authenticity of the information you have provided cannot be verified.

If you enter your TRNC ID information incomplete or incorrectly, your application will be rejected.

All our customers who want to use our exchange have to do Identity Authentication (KYC) in order to both withdraw their available balances in their accounts and increase their account security. The main purpose of KYC verification is to prevent malicious people who want to transact through identity theft. Thus, customers are protected against such damaging transactions and an extra layer is added to the security of the exchange.

The documents you have uploaded to our site are stored on special servers after various encryptions are performed. Any person or organization cannot access these documents. These documents are required due to the Know Your Customer (KYC) policy.

Our Exchange currently only serves TRNC citizens, but it will soon be opened to the service of citizens of other countries.

DO NOT give your account password to anyone, including Arsinex Support Team.

DO NOT call any phone number given by people claiming to be an Arsinex employee or support team, other than the phone numbers in the Arsinex Contact Information section.

DO NOT send money to anyone claiming to be an Arsinex employee.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Download the Google Authenticator app on your device and open the app.

Enter Arsinex.com or open the Arsinex application and click Sign In .

After logging in to your account, enter the Google Verification tab in My Account and scan the QR code on the screen with your device.

If you are logging in on the same device where you use the Google Authenticator application, enter the code that appears on the screen into the Google Authenticator application.

Make a backup of the QR and written code so you can use it in case of any problems.

Complete your transaction by entering the confirmation code that appears in the Google Authenticator application.

If you`re getting a code error when trying to enter your Google Verification code, try the following solutions:

Sync the time of the Google Authenticator app with your device. If you are using an Android device, go to the main menu of the Google Authenticator app. In the settings section, click on the "Time correction for codes" button. In the menu that opens, select the "Sync now" option.

Clear your browser`s cache and cookies.

If your problem is not resolved, reset the Google Authenticator app.

If you think there is an unusual login to your account, you can view all devices that have logged into your account, their login times and IP addresses by entering the My Logins tab in My Account.

In order to buy cryptocurrencies, you must first have Turkish Lira in your account.

You can go to the relevant page by finding the cryptocurrencies you want to buy in the markets section on the main page.

You can purchase by entering your purchase amount and the amount you offer regarding the cryptocurrencies you want to buy on the home page.

In order to be able to make your cryptocurrencies sales transactions, the cryptocurrencies you want to sell must be in your available balance. You can check whether the cryptocurrency you want to sell is available in your balance from Profile > My Balances.

You can go to the relevant page by selecting the cryptocurrencies you want to sell in the markets section on the main page, and enter the amount you want to sell your cryptocurrencies and the amount you offer on this page.

Our exchange only supports Turkish Lira at the moment. Transactions in other currencies will be possible in the near future.

The position will continue to hold unless the orders you create are executed or cancelled. You can view your open orders in the "Open Orders" tab at the bottom of the Buy-Sell screen.

You can send your cryptocurrencies by entering the address you want to send in the Wallet> Crypto Withdrawal page.

Attention: The address from which you want to withdraw cryptocurrency must be exactly the same as the type of cryptocurrency you withdraw. Since cryptocurrencies are stored with distributed wallet technology (DLT), no transaction can be undone.

You can make payments to all institutions that accept payments with cryptocurrencies by sending the relevant cryptocurrencies from our exchange.

The minimum fee required to make transactions on Arsinex varies according to each cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount of Turkish Lira is 50 Turkish Lira.

When your transactions with the banks we have contracted with reach us, they will be instantly approved and reflected in your Arsinex account. If you make a transaction with a bank other than the contracted banks, your transfer will take place within the working hours of the bank. Transfers made outside of working hours are processed at the next day's working hours.

Be sure to enter the description code.

In some cases, delays may also occur due to the Electronic Payment System (EÖS).
